2. Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology can also be very helpful in getting rid of back pain, especially that of the lower back. Kinesiology Taping in a rehabilitative technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. It is proven to re-educate the neuromuscular system, reduce pain and inflammation, optimize performance, prevent injury and promote good circulation and healing.

3. Relaxing techniques

If you are keen on trying out natural remedies before taking a painkiller, make sure you don’t underestimate the power of… getting enough sleep. It sounds cliche, but sleep really is the best remedy for almost anything. Why? During sleep, our body releases hormones that are responsible for tissue growth and repair of the cells. It also enhances natural healing processes and makes the pain go away faster. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Mediation can also help as it provides similar benefits. 10 minutes of mindfulness practice daily can help you relieve your back pain.
